Happiness and Exercise

Exercise to boost energy. I knew, intellectually, that this worked, but how often have I told myself, “I’m just too tired to go to the gym”? Exercise is one of the most dependable mood-boosters. Even a 10-minute walk can brighten my outlook.

I find consistently being more active daily is so beneficial for my emotions.   Whether its hitting the gym, walking, running or doing the house work with the music being played at full blast, all great ways to boost our energy levels and makes us feel empowered and lifts our mood.

I find that exercise lowers pmt and gives me a much better night sleep.  So start, however small and just do something to elevate the heart rate.untitled c
