Box Breathing – If its good enough for Navy Seals…

Breathing Techniques

Navy Seals train hard and not just on their bodies but on their minds too.  They have to be able to stay calm in the most frightening of situations.  What if we could learn to do it to so that we can better handle our emotions and our busy over active minds.

Well with practice we can and it is all down to our breathing.  When we are frightened or angry our breathing naturally becomes more rapid and shallow which causes fight or flight response and the more we do this the more we are likely to develop chronic illnesses brought on by this stress response.

Here is how Box Breathing or four square Breathing works

Before you get started, make sure that you’re seated upright in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor. Try to be an a stress-free, quiet environment where you can focus on your breathing. Keeping your hands relaxed in your lap with your palms facing up, focus on your posture. You should be sitting up straight. This will help you take deep breaths.

When you’re ready, start with step 1.

Step 1

Sitting upright, slowly exhale, getting all the oxygen out of your lungs. Focus on this intention and be conscious of what you’re doing.

Step 2

Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose to the count of four. In this step, count to four very slowly in your head. Feel the air fill your lungs, one section at a time, until your lungs are completely full and the air moves into your abdomen.

Step 3

Hold your breath for another slow count of four.

Step 4

Exhale through your mouth for the same slow count of four, expelling the air from your lungs and abdomen. Be conscious of the feeling of the air leaving your lungs.

Step 5

Hold your breath for the same slow count of four before repeating this process.

Practice anywhere and throughout the day as often as you like or just before you know you are going to feel nervous and this will help to calm you down.

Cbd oil for menopause.

CBD for Menopause and PMT

There are cannabinoid receptors in all areas of the female reproductive organs, including both the CB1 and CB2 receptors. Given what we already know about CBD’s influence over these receptors, it’s a logical assumption to believe that CBD could help reduce the signs and symptoms of menopause through interaction in the highly concentrated areas of endocannabinoid receptors.

During menopause, women find it increasingly difficult to sleep. Hot flashes, mood swings and overall discomfort continually disrupt a healthy sleep cycle. Soon, this lack of sleep trickles down into other areas of a woman’s life and eventually increases the severity of all menopausal symptoms.

There is a growing body of research indicating that both CBD, THC and other cannabinoids are beneficial for improved sleep quality. While CBD itself may trigger a mild increase in wakefulness when taken before bed, CBD still facilitates a better and longer nights rest.

Bone Density Loss

Bone density naturally starts to decrease during menopause. In some circumstances, it can lead to future issues with osteoporosis and bone fragility. It’s common for doctors to prescribe ERT simply for the possible improvements to bone density. But, as we’ve discussed, ERT is not always a perfect long-term solution.

Cannabidiol, THCV, CBG, and CBC all are potential candidates for protecting against bone loss. In fact, these specific cannabinoids are known to stimulate bone growth. Cannabidiol, among the other cannabinoids, may represent a perfect alternative to ERT therapy for those women worried about bone density loss.

Mood Stabilizer

Alongside the inevitable hot flashes, the associated menopausal mood swings are an equally taxing part of hormonal changes. As hormones change, it changes the way women process and manage their stress levels. A woman’s body continues to operate as per usual, but with an endocannabinoid deficiency. Its suddenly not as easy to process stress, anger, and daily pressures.

Thankfully, cannabinoids are already making incredible inroads as a powerful replacement to traditional SSRI drugs. It’s a logical next step to bring the mood stabilizing capabilities of CBD, already evidenced for treating depression and anxiety, into the realm of menopausal women.

CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is just one of over 85 cannabinoids that is identified in the cannabis plant. CBD is becoming increasingly popular amongst the masses for having a wide scope of medicinal benefits – due to clinical reports and mounds of test data showing little to no side effects and a lack of psychoactivity (typically associated with marijuana products and high THC).

Cannabidiol (CBD) is not only a major phytocannabinoid, it is the most concentrated form from the three main cannabis plants. The three main forms to use cannabis are Hashish, Resin, & Oil.

Phytocannabinoids

With our HempWorx line, our products utilize a Full Spectrum CBD formulated with Hemp Seed Oil. For the first time in 1964, CBD isolation was reported and it was the beginning of cannabinoid synthesisation. Originally, this synthesis started on CBG, but since CBG is present in most of the Cannabis types in small amounts, the majority of the research was concentrated on THC and CBD. Besides the Cannabinoids that are naturally occurring in nature, pharmaceutical companies have synthesized cannabinoid compounds in order to market leading drugs in the pharmaceutical market. Some of these chemically modified drugs do not have psychoactive effects, but retain some of the health benefits from the cannabinoid properties. However, some of these synthetic drugs can have a life-threatening adverse effect, or cause other issues in the human body. Phytocannabinoids, on the other hand, have been used for many years, and no life-threatening side effects have ever been reported. Find out more

How does CBD work in the human body?

CBD or cannabidiol is the main active compound in hemp, and unlike THC, it is not psychoactive, so it doesn’t make people high. As you know, inside the human body there’s the endocannabinoid system, with receptors spread throughout the brain and body.

Reiki and Meditation

reiki

Creating Focus

Usui Sensei taught his students the first pillar of Reiki, the Gassho meditation. Gassho means “two hands coming together”. Dr. Usui taught his students to place their hands in the Gassho position every morning and evening. Gassho teaches the art of quieting the mind and creating single pointed focus in meditation.

One basically places their hands in prayer position, closes their eyes, and brings all their awareness to the tip of the fire (middle) finger. When the mind wanders, gently press the fire fingers together and refocus. This technique is detailed in “Reiki the Healing Touch”.

I begin my daily sessions with Gassho, and then I offer prayers for myself, for others and the planet. Next I send distant Reiki to all who have requested it.

Below is a sample of a 21 day reiki meditation programme

A 21-Day Reiki Meditation Program

You can use this 21-day program to learn more about Reiki, develop the ability to focus, to empower my prayers, goals and visions; and to receive answers.

Days 1-7 – Begin by creating an intention or a question. Draw the Usui power symbol in front of your body and with your hands, move the energy into your solar plexus. Breathe deeply, imagining that you are breathing in the essence of the symbol. As you exhale allow the energy to permeate every cell of your body, and expand out into your emotional body, your mental body, all the way into your spiritual body.

State your intention or ask your question. Sit quietly with this energy for 5-15 minutes. If your mind wanders, simply invoke the name of the power symbol three times and visualize it.

When you finish, acknowledge that you are holding the full light of the Reiki energy and it will be with you through your day.

Write notes about your experience in a journal. Include any thoughts, words, images or feelings that came to you.

Do this even if there seems to be no logic to it. Often Reiki and the Divine speak to us in symbols, or with pieces of a puzzle that will come together later by reflecting back on your journal.

Days 8-14 – Begin by creating an intention or a question. Draw the Usui mental and emotional symbol in front of your body and with your hands, move the energy into your heart. Breathe deeply, imagining that you are breathing in the essence of the symbol. As you exhale allow the energy to permeate every cell of your body, and expand out into your emotional body, your mental body, all the way into your spiritual body.

Imagine any unhealthy mental or emotional patterns being rewoven into healthy thought, feeling and response patterns. State your intention or ask your question. Sit quietly with this energy for 5-15 minutes.

If your mind wanders, simply invoke the name of the mental emotional symbol three times and visualize it.

When you finish, acknowledge that you are holding the full love of the Reiki energy and it will be with you through your day. Write notes about your experience in a journal.

Days 15-21 – Begin by creating an intention or a question.Draw the Usui distant healing symbol in front of your body and with your hands, move the energy into your entire body beginning by moving the energy from the crown and down through your feet.

Breathe deeply, imagining that you are breathing in the essence of the symbol. As you exhale allow the energy to permeate every cell of your body, and expand out into your energy field.State your intention or ask your question.

Take a moment to imagine or visualize the symbol taking the form of a bridge of light. This bridge reaches through time and through space. Allow the bridge of light to carry Reiki energy back in time as it permeates all levels of your consciousness and the multiple dimensions of your being.

Next allow the energy to flow forward in time creating harmonious energy in your future. Now bring the energy into the present moment.

Sit quietly with this energy for 5-15 minutes. If your mind wanders, simply invoke the name of the distant symbol three times and visualize it. When you finish, acknowledge that you are holding the timeless healing power of the Reiki energy and it will be with you through your day. Write notes about your experience in a journal.

This 21 day program is designed for those who are attuned to level two Reiki. Level I practitioners could modify it using level I energy instead of the symbols. It is possible to also extend the program for another 21 days by replacing the symbols with the three Reiki Master symbols, or with the Karuna symbols of your choice.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful, and that you are willing to explore the importance of creating special time to deepen your relationship with the Divine and the love of the Reiki energy.

After a lifetime of migraines, he finally finds relief!
Migraines virtually gone! Hempworx CBD oil changed my life! So here is my story. I have been suffering with migraines since I was in first grade. I have recent headache logs saved in my phone for a Migraine Doctor and my General Physician. My logs show anywhere from 12-16 headaches, most of them migraines a month. After taking CBD oil 6 to 8 drops under my tongue in the morning and at night, I now only have 2-3 headaches a month!!!! and they are very mild and I am able to function and go back to work with in a few hours.

In the past I would be out for a day or two with a migraine headache and not able to function. This my friend is life altering results for me! I have stopped taking 3 migraine medications and my anxiety pill. Additional results are, I sleep more sound and virtually have no pain after going to the skatepark and skateboarding for hours. (age 45) The next day I wake up pain free where I
used to have aches, pains and locked up! I also vape it when I get stressed. I have been studying CBD like crazy since I started taking it. Why didn’t I learn about this sooner? Have fantastic day! Jerry

Rheumatoid Arthritis, fibromyalgia and migraine issues better thanks to HempWorx CBD

HempWorx CBD Oil and Children with Migraines

HempWorx CBD Oil update from a child perspective. Jay always has headaches. Not a day goes by he doesn’t complain about his head hurting and begging for medicine (and he hates medicine). He gets bad migraines which I believe I passed on to him (sorry buddy). Today I gave him 4 drops of cbd oil and no headache, plus he likes the taste of it!

She’s had migraines since she was 10, but now she’s getting relief!

I’ve had migraines since I was 10 years old. Mine are the rare type that come with a severe aura. The pain is excruciating and the whole experience is very debilitating. The aura usually lasts over an hour (if I’m lucky enough to take my prescription at the onset)
and the pain can last for days. I also have extreme sensitivity to noise and light. Since starting HempWorx CBD oil in July, I have only had 2 migraines and they were both weather related. Not bad since I averaged 1 per week. Last night, I had a sudden fullblown 1-19-1.jpgmigraine. I would usually take one of two prescription medications: Maxalt or Naproxen 500mg. I decided to take only CBD oil to test the effect on my migraine. I took 20 drops of the 500 mg and a glass of water. The aura was full-blown with zigzags and
severe pain behind my left eye. The pain on my forehead and temples became very intense. I decided to rub some of the HempWorx Relief pain cream on both areas as well. Within 30 minutes (my daughter was checking for me), the aura had ceased and the pain behind my left eye was already dissipating. As I was lying in my dark room, I was aware that I had no nausea and that my temples were no longer throbbing. It was about a total of an hour and then I came downstairs to help my daughter get organized for school. My eyes were still sensitive but the pain had gone from a 10 to a 3! I was able to function and
my daughter was shocked and very happy. She has witnessed her mother suffer through these for years! CBD oil has changed my life. I will never be without it. I’ve also had fibromyalgia for 26 years and will soon be writing my personal testimonial for that. Let’s
just say that I have weaned off 4 out of 5 of my prescription medications and that was within 30 days! This stuff really works and I became an affiliate to share it with others so that they can stop suffering too!

Mindful Breathing

meditation

Mindfulness Breathing

Breathing is something that we all do, all of the time – yet we are often not aware of how it feels in the moment. By bringing our focus intentionally onto the breath we can ground ourselves in what is happening right now.

We can practice observing without reacting, experiencing each breath as it happens without feeling a need to change it.

You can do this exercise for just a few minutes, or for longer periods. Although the intention is to focus on the breath, you will begin to experience how unfocused our minds can be!

You may find that your mind wanders a hundred times, or just a few. It is okay for this to happen and it doesn’t mean that you are doing anything wrong. When you notice your mind has wandered, gently but firmly bring your attention back to the breath.

Mindfulness of breath

Preparation

Sit or lie in a comfortable position. You may choose to close your eyes or keep them open, if you are feeling tired it may be useful to let just a little bit of light in to keep you alert.

The Breath

Begin by gently moving your attention onto the process of breathing. Notice the sensations of each breath as it happens, whether you focus on the rise and fall of your chest or abdomen, or on the feeling of the breath at the nostrils. Really feel what it is like to breath, just observing it as it happens.

As you engage in this exercise you may find that your mind wanders, caught by thoughts or by noises in the room, or bodily sensations. When you notice that this happens, know that this is okay, and simply notice the distraction but gently bring your attention back to the breath.

Ending the exercise

Take a few moments to yourself, connecting with your experience in the present moment. Expand your awareness from the breath into the space around you, and as you feel comfortable to do so, opening your eyes and bringing the exercise to a close.

Reflections

Take a few moments to think about what your experience was in this exercise, and how you feel in the present moment.

Reiki – Is it really a business or is it for healing

reiki

If you are a reiki healer you may have had questions and doubts about whether to pursue Reiki as a career or for self healing and progressing along your spiritual path?

Well, I have definitely  had this going through my head on and off for many years.  I started reiki over 10 years ago,  more so out of curiosity and also because I was just starting out in complementary therapies and was learning everything I could to build up my list of treatments.  Reiki slipped away from me, I wasn’t practicing anything on a daily basis, I wasn’t gaining clients so I just forgot about it.  Then a few years passed and I joined a therapy clinic, the lady who owned it was a Reiki Master and was doing a course so I thought ‘why not’ and joined the course.  I loved it, I felt like skipping out the room and kissing everyone I met,  thankfully I kept the kissing part to myself and just smiled from ear to ear.  Years had passed and so to had my daily practice, until I started to get ill, unexplained pains in my face, numbness in my hands.  The pain was just indescribable and went on for months.  I began juicing, meditating and visiting a Reiki practitioner, this was about 3 years ago and I’m glad to say I have established my daily practice and really feel like I am on the right path now.

I am simply using this reiki energy to heal myself and one day I hope I can teach others to do the same.  It has been a journey and continues to be one but now I know I am on the right path and I am grateful for the pain in my life as without that I would not have kept coming back to the energy.

Below is an excerpt from another website I read today and wanted to share this with you as it  resonated with me.  See what you think about whether Reiki should be for healing thy self or used as a business?

Becoming a True Healer

A lot of books about Reiki explains the nature of Reiki, and teach about basic techniques, then promote the ways to start your own Reiki business. But there is more to Reiki than just learning how to charge for a session. More and more practitioners go through the great works of Stiene, Petter and Lubeck and explore the spiritual truths and Buddhist/Shinto roots of Reiki. Yet, is it enough? Reading is good, but practice is better. And the spiritual understanding of Reiki develops like a  flower in the middle of your daily practice, as Frans Stiene said.

Reiki practitioner is not simple a person that channels Reiki – I believe that the purpose of Reiki practitioners is to become healers. A healer is a person capable in healing – but being able to channel Reiki does not make you a healer, as there is much more to learn. It is visible in the journey the practitioner takes through all three degrees. The beginning of the journey, the degree of Shoden, is meant to everyone – everyone can make this first step on the path of Reiki and remain there for the rest of life. The second degree, Okuden, is meant for those who wish to heal others, as well – but not everyone is ready to make this step. And only a few will be ready to take the step towards Shinpiden, the third degree of Reiki.

But once they do, and once they complete the entire process of initiation into the Shinpiden degree, they can begin their path towards true healing. A person that is a Shinpiden practitioner can truly become a healer if this person choose to do so. But it’s obvious that one person cannot heal the entire world. This is why we seek our own fields of expertise – some Reiki Shinpiden practitioners focus on emotional healing or psychotherapy, while others focus on working with animals. There is a saying: do what you love, and the money will follow. Why do I mention it here? Well, first of all, a lot of people wish to become Reiki Shinpiden practitioners in order to become teachers and make money by teaching Reiki – but will the money follow?

I suggest not seek the third degree in order to make money, but to seek it in order to be able to heal in your field of expertise. Reiki can support you whatever you do – let’s see it from a different point of view: do what you love, and Reiki will flow. You can be a great psychotherapiest and use Reiki to support yourself. You can organize natural building workshops, and use Reiki to support yourself. You can teach about permaculture and new economy, and use Reiki to support yourself in your efforts. You can truly do what you love – and as Reiki Shinpiden practitioner, have a toolset of powerful tools that can help youDid Reiki help you finding your non-spiritual passion. Do you use Reiki in non-spiritual fields? Share your thoughts in the comments below. in your task. You can really heal people in your field of expertise by allowing Reiki to support yourself. In other words, you do not have to be a Reiki teacher in order to be a great Reiki healer. You can help others in so many ways – you can heal others in so many ways.

So, you can become a Reiki Shinpiden Master in the art of woodworking. Or a Shinpiden Master in the art of Architecture. Or a Shinpiden Car Seller. Or a Shinpiden Nurse. Pick one – this will  make Reiki far more beneficial for the world!

Tapping summit has begun

EFT

The 2018 Tapping Summit began yesterday and it’s free. As long as you listen to the audio on the day, it let’s you listen for free for 24 hours so guys don’t miss a day as it has some amazing tools for you to learn if your interested in self healing.

I discovered tapping through my Reiki Master when I was telling her I was feeling anxious. All this healing work and meditation on myself was bringing up old stuff from my past and making me feel anxious about everything. This made me feel like a failure in what I was doing and unable to feel confident in helping others heal as well. So she advised me of the tapping routine and wow wow wow it honestly does work. I felt so much more calm right after just a five minute routine.

The tapping solution —

What is tapping?

Millions of people are settling for lives filled with poor health and emotional baggage. Not knowing how to achieve the joyful and satisfying lives they desire, they’re stuck accepting a lifestyle of emotional trauma, chronic physical pain, compulsions and addictions, or perhaps just an empty feeling inside. Along with these problems come pills to kill the pain, sleep at night, and suppress anxiety – but this is hardly better than the disease.

If you’re like many people, you feel trapped, caught in this cycle. You’re tired of feeling sad, depressed, anxious, discontent, and unwell. You’re sick of the expensive and ineffective treatments. You’re fed up with relinquishing the power over your health and happiness to psychologists and doctors. You’d like to grow, flourish, and thrive, putting the past in the past. You want to be your best, living a life that is filled with peacefulness, joy, and fulfillment, from day to day and moment to moment.

With Tapping, you can do that. You can discover the vital secret for emotional wholeness and physical relief. You can take your physical and emotional well-being into your own hands. It’s simple for anyone to master, and it’s free.

Tapping provides relief from chronic pain, emotional problems, disorders, addictions, phobias, post traumatic stress disorder, and physical diseases. While Tapping is newly set to revolutionize the field of health and wellness, the healing concepts that it’s based upon have been in practice in Eastern medicine for over 5,000 years. Like acupuncture and acupressure, Tapping is a set of techniques which utilize the body’s energy meridian points. You can stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.

Your body is more powerful than you can imagine… filled with life, energy, and a compelling ability for self-healing. With Tapping, you can take control of that power.

So How Does It All Work?

All negative emotions are felt through a disruption of the body’s energy. And physical pain and disease are intricately connected to negative emotions. Health problems create feedback – physical symptoms cause emotional distress, and unresolved emotional problems manifest themselves through physical symptoms. So, the body’s health must be approached as a whole. You cannot treat the symptoms without addressing the cause, and vice-versa.

The body, like everything in the universe, is composed of energy. Restore balance to the body’s energy, and you will mend the negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption. Tapping restores the body’s energy balance, and negative emotions are conquered.

The basic technique requires you to focus on the negative emotion at hand: a fear or anxiety, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, or anything that’s bothering you. While maintaining your mental focus on this issue, use your fingertips to tap 5-7 times each on 12 of the body’s meridian points. Tapping on these meridian points – while concentrating on accepting and resolving the negative emotion – will access your body’s energy, restoring it to a balanced state.

You may be wondering about these meridians. Put simply, energy circulates through your body along a specific network of channels. You can tap into this energy at any point along the system.

This concept comes from the doctrines of traditional Chinese medicine, which referred to the body’s energy as “ch’i.” In ancient times, the Chinese discovered 100 meridian points. They also discovered that by stimulating these meridian points, they could heal. Call it energy, call it the Source, call it life force, call it ch’i… Whatever you want to call it, it works.

In some ways, Tapping is similar to acupuncture. Like Tapping, acupuncture achieves healing through stimulating the body’s meridians and energy flow. However, unlike Tapping, acupuncture involves needles! “No needles” is definitely one of the advantages of Tapping.

Acupuncture also takes years to master. Acupuncture practitioners must memorize hundreds of meridian points along the body; the knowledge and training take years to acquire.

Tapping is simple and painless. It can be learned by anyone. And you can apply it to yourself, whenever you want, wherever you are. It’s less expensive and less time consuming. It can be used with specific emotional intent towards your own unique life challenges and experiences. Most importantly, it gives you the power to heal yourself, putting control over your destiny back into your own hands.

Dai Ko Myo – Master Symbol

reiki

The Dai Ko Myo in Usui Reiki is known as the “Master” symbol. It is one of the most powerful symbols in Reiki that can be used only by Reiki Masters. The power of the Reiki Master symbol combines the power of the first three symbols, Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen.

The Dai Ko Myo is the symbol with the highest vibration and is therefore most transformative at the spiritual level. Using this symbol helps enhance the healing of the soul as the energies are sent to the more subtle layers of the aura and upper chakras.

When the spiritual soul is healed, the mental and physical get healed automatically.
The Dai Ko Myo symbol also helps heal our karma. Also known as “all purpose healing” symbol and “empowerment” symbol, this Reiki symbol represents all that is Reiki, including personal empowerment and love.

What does Dai Ko Myo mean?
When the individual symbols of the Reiki mater symbol are translated, it symbolizes the energy it carries. While “Dai” means great or big and “Ko” means smooth or glossy, the word “Myo” means bright light. The Dai Ko Myo basically means “Great Enlightenment” or “Bright Shining Light”. This Reiki symbol represents inner knowledge, truth and enlightenment.

The Dai Ko Myo symbol reconnects us to the divinity that is inherit within all and helps us heal ourselves and others. Once attuned to the symbol, it is highly recommended that you use the symbol with all your Reiki works. This will allow your energy to receive an extra boost and help you draw strong energy constantly through your energetic system.

Methods to activating the Dai Ko Myo symbol

The symbol can be activated in many ways, including but not limited to:

Drawing it with your palm centre
Drawing it with your third eye
Spelling the name of the symbol three times

By visualizing it
Drawing the symbol with your finger

Where to apply Dai Ko Myo symbol during healing?
Using the Reiki master symbol enhances the healing effects of every form of Reiki healing. The symbol is usually used with every Reiki healing whether individual or group, hands-on or distant or when aimed at an individual, thing or situation.

To apply the symbol during a Reiki healing session, first draw the Reiki symbol on your own palms or hands and then visualize or redraw the symbol on the crown chakra and the palms or hands of the client and the area to be treated.

Image result for great bright light reiki

What is it Used For?
Used by Reiki masters to open channels during Reiki attunement and attune those who want to become Reiki practitioners.

Helps enhance the connection between the practitioner and universal energies and helps heal the soul.

Heals the chakras, the aura and any disease that initiates from our subconscious beliefs.
Deals with our spiritual self, using it helps heal illness and disease from its original source.

Helps provide enlightenment and become more psychic and intuitive.

Can be used in all Reiki healings to bring in a purer and higher dimension of light.

Can also be used to draw out negative energy from the body (physical emotional, mental or spiritual) and then liberate it.

Helps develop and strengthen personal growth, self awareness, spiritual development and intuition.

Using this symbol with the other Reiki symbols helps increase the effectiveness. For examples, using Dai Ko Myo with the distant healing symbol helps the energy to quickly travel from the heart chakra of the healer to the heart chakra of the receiver.

Can be used to charge, clear crystals or make them self healing.

Can be used to enhance the healing properties of herb tinctures, medicines or homeopathic remedies.

Benefits of Meditating on Dai Ko Myo symbol
Accepting Dai Ko Myo through meditation encourages you to help others by helping yourself and direct your life specifically towards this purpose. Meditating on the symbol not only allows self purification and self cleansing at a spiritual level, but also helps create more harmony and balance in your daily life. It brings “light” in your life and helps eliminate blockages at all physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, present, past and future.

Dai Ko Myo is one of the most sacred Reiki symbols. The primary purpose of using this symbol is empowerment, enlightenment, unity and wakening of the soul. It is a bright shining light which nourishes and fills, shows the way and rests the spirit. It helps nurture your physical body and soul and also encourages you to do the same for others. With practice, using Dai Ko Myo can bring profound changes in life and make you a better person.

Helpful Responses To An Initial Awakening — The Kundalini Guide

The mind

http://www.kundaliniguide.com/help-for-initial-awakening/

After practicing kundalini this week I started noticing for the last three nights I would wake at 4 am and feel like I should get up, but last night I woke every hour. I did a bedtime kundalini routine this time instead of my usual morning one. I have had the most vivid dreams each night. I practiced kundalini last year and stopped to switch to Yin yoga and pilates as I had read far too much on kundalini energy and freaked myself out. Something keeps drawing me back to this energy, I don’t want to be scared of it but this time I am going to trust in it and know that it is for my highest good. Unless of course I can’t get my sleeping pattern back, then I may have to scream (dramatic Ahhhhhhhhhhh)

I would love to know of any others positive stories about kundalini energy or if you have had any side effects from this that you worked through.

Thank you kindly

Namaste
